Description

Nos 1 and 2 Lower Lake is a two-storey building with an attic, featuring three windows and two dormers. The structure has a stone base, which is topped by a strip of red brick, followed by a wider strip of red mathematical tiles. The first floor is hung with weather-tiles, and there is a wooden modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the glazing bars are intact. The doorways are accessed by five steps and are flanked by fluted pilasters, with rectangular fanlights that have semicircular divisions.
