Description

Pear Tree Cottage is an 18th-century building comprising two parallel ranges. It is two storeys high and has three windows. The walls are painted brick, with the first floor of the south range clad in weatherboard. The roof is tiled and half-hipped, retaining original glazing bars. A sun room has been added, projecting from the east end of the ground floor.
