Description

This is an early 16th-century timber-framed cottage, originally known as Danillo but listed as Danils. The upper storey retains timber framing with plaster infilling and curved braces. The ground floor was later rebuilt in red brick. It has a tiled roof and casement windows. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. Note that Wren Cottage and the adjoining cottage to the west, which were previously part of a larger listing, have been rebuilt.
