Description

Seacox Cockers and Seacox Cottage is a building dating from around 1870, possibly designed by Carpenter and Slater. It features an imitation timbered style and stands two storeys high with six windows. The ground floor is constructed of coursed stone, while the upper floor is tile-hung. In the center, there are two oversailing gables with imitation timbering and scalloped bargeboards, flanked by two gabled dormers on each side. The building has a tiled roof and casement windows with diamond-shaped panes. The ground floor windows consist of pairs or triplets of pointed lancets adorned with red or grey brick dressings. There are also two doorways, each with a gabled tiled hood.
