The Parish Church of St Mary Magdalen is a Grade II* listed building located on Battle Road in Whatlington. It features a chancel, nave, and a northwest porch with a tower above, which is topped by a broached tiled spire. The church dates back to the 13th century and underwent significant restoration in 1862, during which the tower was added by architect S W Tracey.
