Description

No. 4 Watchbell Street is a 16th-century house that stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The gable is half-hipped, and the roof is tiled. Although the front of the house has been modernised, with roughcast on the ground floor and tiles above, the glazing bars remain intact. A modern bay has been added on the second floor, and there is a six-panel moulded door, with the top two panels glazed, topped by a modern hood. This house is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 5 Watchbell Street.
