Description
This is a 15th-century timber-framed building, comprising three properties at 23, 24, and 25 Fair Lane in Salehurst, originally listed under East Street. The central section retains timbering with close-studding and plaster infilling, while the ground floor is refaced with red brick and the upper portion is tile-hung. The roof is steeply pitched and hipped, covered with tiles. Casement windows are present. The building is two storeys high and has three windows.
