Description

The Seven Sisters Inn is a 14th-century timber-framed building of Wealden type, which was altered in the 16th century and largely refaced in the 19th century with curved tiles on a red brick base. The building features a recessed center with curved braces and a large bracket supporting the eaves. On the ground floor, there is a built-out verandah. The first floor of the wings oversails on brackets. The roof is hipped and tiled, and the building has casement windows. It consists of two storeys and an attic, with four windows and three hipped dormers. Inside, there is a crown-post roof.
