Description

Hill House is an 18th-century front applied to an earlier building, which incorporates a timber-frame structure. The house is two storeys high and has six windows, with a recessed window bay at the eastern end. The ground floor is built of red brick with grey headers, while the upper floor is tile-hung. A parapet tops the building, and the roof is hipped and tiled. The windows retain their original glazing bars and have Venetian shutters to those on the ground floor. A doorway features pilasters, an enriched frieze, and a pediment.
