Description

Normanswood is a building from the 18th century or earlier, featuring two storeys and an attic. It has four windows and two gabled dormers. The ground floor is constructed of ashlar stone, while the upper part is weatherboarded. The roof is half-hipped and covered with tiles. The windows are casement style, with latticed panes on the first and attic floors. The two oasthouses and granary located opposite Normanswood to the west are in Wadhurst Parish, Hailsham Road, now part of Wealden District.
