Description

This is a two-story building on the west side of Landgate, dating from the 19th century, although it likely incorporates an earlier structure. The front is stuccoed, with a grooved pattern designed to resemble masonry. It has a tiled roof and a sash window. A shop front from the early 19th century is present, featuring narrow pilasters and an entablature with a cornice. The building is part of a group, which includes numbers 4 to 7 and 10 to 13.
