Morley Farm Cottage is an 18th-century building located to the east of the main farmhouse along Beckley Road, Northiam. It is a two-storey cottage with one window. The exterior is weatherboarded, and it has a tiled roof with a pentice, or small overhanging roof, to the south. The windows are casement windows.
