Description

Furze Grove is a restored L-shaped house, originally dating back to the 16th century. It was formerly known as Furzegrove Farm, though it is no longer used as a farmhouse. The house has a timber-frame construction with plaster infilling; the ground floor has been rebuilt in brick and is now painted. The roof is tiled, with a hip design. There are casement windows, arranged in a two-storey, six-window configuration.
