Description
Lower Clayhill is likely a 17th-century building situated on Ringmer Uckfield Road. It is a two-story structure with three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are present. The northern section of the building rises to a higher elevation and features a hipped roof. This part is probably a later addition to the original building.
