Description

Remenham Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century, constructed of painted stucco. It features wide bracketed eaves beneath a hipped slate roof and has flanking chimneys. The building is two storeys high. The road-facing side has three bays with sash windows that include glazing bars and semi-circular heads on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a tripartite sash window with glazing bars on either side of an entrance porch. The porch is supported by two square pilasters and columns that have simple capitals and bases, along with a plain frieze and a moulded cornice.
