Description

Ivy Cottage is an 18th-century house designed as a sham ruin. It is constructed of brick and large flints, with a parapet to a slate roof. The north-east front features two brick arches with springers and flint infilling. It has two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars on the first floor to the right, and two similar windows on the ground floor. The south-west front has a crow-stepped gable. There is a 2-light casement window on the first floor and a half-glazed door within a Tudor arched opening on the ground floor.
