Description

No 98 on High Street, formerly known as The Turk's Head, dates from the 17th century but has a 19th-century front that has been removed to reveal its original timber framework. The building features red brick nogging on the ground floor and plaster infilling on the first floor, topped with a tiled roof. It is two storeys high and has a central carriageway leading to the yard. The windows are casement style. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 98 to 101.
