Description

Trabbs House is a late 18th-century house that stands two storeys tall with an attic. It is constructed of brick and has a rendered front facing the road. The roof is made of old tiles and features a central chimney, along with two gabled dormers. The house has three vertical sliding sash windows, complete with glazing bars, set in reveals, with the central upper window being painted in. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door topped by a three-pane rectangular fanlight, all within panelled reveals. The doorcase is adorned with narrow pilasters and a flat hood supported by carved scroll brackets. There are one-storey extensions on either side of the house; the left extension has two windows and a similar door and doorcase, while the right extension features three irregular windows.
