Lower Frogmore Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse with 20th-century additions at the rear. It features a timber frame with angle braces and white painted brick nogging, topped with old tile roofs. The left side has diapering, while the right side has a lower roof. A large ridge stack is positioned off-centre to the left above the entrance. The building has a lobby entrance type with three framed bays and a small bay around the stack. It is two storeys on the left and one storey with a garret on the right. The first floor has a three-light casement on the right, flanked by three one-light casements to the left and one one-light casement to the right, with a three-light casement at the far left. The ground floor features paired sashes flanking a central 20th-century glazed door with sidelights, and a 19th-century cross window at the far right. Inside, the farmhouse retains its complete interior, including contemporary fireplaces with a salt cupboard and a staircase located behind the stack.
