Description
The cattle shelter at Norris Castle is an early 19th-century structure built for Lord Henry Seymour. It is made of coursed rubble and is a rectangular single-storey building that is currently roofless. The building is integrated into the west boundary wall of the estate. The main façade faces east towards the park and features two bays with round-headed arched doorways that have stone voussoirs. The west elevation has a blocked opening filled with red brick. Both the north and south elevations are blind, lacking any openings.
