Description
This is a headstone located approximately 0.5 metres east of another item on High Street in Brading. It dates from the mid-18th century and features deeply carved Rococo style elements. The headstone has a curved top with a central emblem of the Lamb of God, surrounded by scrollwork and flanked by sunrays and angels. The inscription on the shield-shaped panel, which has scrolled edges, was illegible at the time of the survey.
