Description

Nos 40 and 42 Station Road are a pair of brick cottages built in the later 18th century. They are two storeys high, with each cottage featuring two windows and a central entrance door. They have continuous pantile roofs extending to the eaves, and a continuous pantile pentice to the front ground floor. The upper floor windows are segmental headed casement windows. The buildings are listed primarily for their group value when viewed alongside Nos 46-54 Station Road.
