Description
North Lodge was built in the early 19th century as part of the National Physical Laboratory. It stands just inside the main gates. The lodge is a two-storey building with a double-bowed front, featuring three windows on each floor. The exterior is covered in yellow cement and has a slate roof. A central porch is present, supported by Ionic columns set in a recessed surround.
