Description

No. 3 Thames Street is an 18th-century building. It is constructed of painted brick with a pitched slate roof and a parapet, featuring a cornice. The building has a symmetrical facade of three windows wide. It has two storeys and includes twin dormers, with a later central roof light. Gable end stacks are present. A band course is located above the head of the entrance door surround, which is of panelled stucco with paterae and a geometric rectangular fanlight. The building retains flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars.
