Description

The entrance gates and railings of the forecourt to Ham House date from the 17th century and are located on either side of the main entrance to the house. The railings feature stone piers at intervals, which support 12 Coade Stone pineapples, signed by Coade and Sealy from the year 1800. The ironwork of the entrance gates is very simple in design.
