Description

The Gate House is an 18th-century house located on the south side of Hampton Court Road. It has two storeys, an attic with two dormers, and a basement. The building is constructed of brick and features a slate roof behind a parapet. The central entrance door is round-headed. A brick on the rear elevation is inscribed with "Palmer 1729." This property should not be confused with another Gate House that backs onto Bushey Park.
