2. Early C18 house of 2 storeys and basement. Three windows wide. Central entrance door with trellis porch approached by flight of steps. Tiled roof behind parapet and rough- cast walls. Square headed sash windows retaining glazing bars. Return to Riverside of one bay with wooden trellis balcony adorned with Greek keypattern, at raised ground floor level. Plaque at first floor level saying "Sion Row 1721".
