Description

This is an early 18th-century building, altered subsequently. Situated on the corner of Eden Street, it is three storeys high and two bays wide. The ground floor contains a modern shop. The upper floors are faced with brown brick, accentuated by red dressings. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within flat, gauged brick arches. A brick band separates the first and second storeys. A return of three bays is visible on Eden Street. The building is topped with a parapet.
