Description
This is a late 16th century timber-framed building, with a likely 18th century lath and plaster facade. The building juts out, or is jettied, on the first floor of the long side elevation, and on the first and second floors behind the facade facing Thames Street. The long and rear elevations are covered in weatherboarding. Original window openings are present, featuring mullions set at a diagonal angle in one example. Inside, there are some 18th century joinery details. At the rear is a late 18th century two-story building with a mansard roof. The lower portion is brick, while the upper portion is stuccoed over a weather-boarded structure. It has two bays facing Kings Passage.
