Description

The former police station, dated 1864, is a three-storey building that is three bays wide. It is constructed of yellow brick, featuring yellow brick quoins. The ground floor is channelled and has a rusticated door surround. The windows are segmental-arched, adorned with brick architraves and keys. There is a brick band at the second floor level, and the building is topped with a hipped slate roof that has a brick eaves cornice.
