Description

Nos 49 and 51 Church Street are 18th century, colour-washed brick houses with a Welsh slate roof. They are three storeys tall and each has two windows. The windows are double-hung sashes set in reveals with flat arches. The doors have fanlights, although the fanlight for No 49 is blocked, while No 51 features a modern door. Each house has a French window on the first floor, complete with cast iron balconettes, and modern shutters. No 51 has two additional narrow windows at the second floor level and a dormer window, while No 49 includes a modern garage extension.
