Description
Chestnut Cottage is an early 18th-century building with a plastered front that likely covers an earlier structure from the 16th century. The cottage features four sash windows, three gabled dormers, and one dormer in a gable that is probably of a later date. There is an early to mid-19th century French bay window and a pedimented door that is flanked by slit windows. The main block is topped with a red tile roof.
