Description
Nos 148 and 150 on Uxbridge Road are a pair of red brick houses built around 1880, designed asymmetrically. They are two stories tall and feature a tiled roof. Each house has a gable with a bargeboard that is hung with tiles, and there is a single-storey link between them. The right house has an entrance under a pointed arched porch that is set at a 45-degree angle to the main facade, while the left house has a porch that is formed by an extended roof slope. Both houses have gabled end wings that are also tile hung, and they feature casement windows.
