Description

Nos 48 and 50 on High Street in Harrow-on-the-Hill is a building that likely dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is a timber-framed structure that has been refronted and consists of three bays, with two storeys and a garret. The front is partly rendered and partly finished in painted brick, featuring a central doorway with a panelled door and a wooden doorcase topped with an open pediment. The building has sash windows and dormers set in a slated roof. Most of the features on the front elevation are modern and designed in a Georgian style.
