Description

No. 52 High Street, dating from around 1870, features a front designed by Habershon and Brook in 1871, likely built over a 16th-century timber frame. The building is constructed of brick with decorative, multi-coloured brick banding. It stands two storeys high and has two mullion and transom casements above a contemporary shopfront. The gable is adorned with applied timbering and carved bargeboards, and the roof is covered with slate.
