The Church of Our Lady and St Thomas of Canterbury, located in Harrow-on-the-Hill, was built in 1894 by Arthur Young in a 14th-century style. The church is constructed of brick with roughcast facing and features some flint and stone dressings. It has a long, low nave topped with a tiled roof, a south aisle that includes a timber waggon vault, and a short north aisle. To the west of the south aisle is an octagonal baptistry. There is also a gallery at the west end of the church. The building is topped with a short, battlemented octagonal tower that has chequerboarding, situated to the east of the south porch.
