Description

The bandstand located to the south of Great Cross Avenue in Greenwich Park is a late 19th-century structure. It features an octagonal shape supported by cast iron columns adorned with ornamental spandrels. The bandstand is topped with a low, conical roof made of copper. Surrounding it are cast iron railings that rest on a plinth constructed from multicoloured stock brick, which is partly rendered.
