Description

2, Newton Grove is a circa 1882 house designed by E J May. It is constructed of red brick with tiled roofs. The house has three storeys and its main elevation faces South Parade. The front features a pair of two-storey gabled bays with timber framing and brick nogging in the gables. A porch and a rear wing are likely later additions. Dormers are present. A brick corner pier marks the front garden.
