Description

Numbers 7 and 9, Marlborough Crescent, date to approximately 1880 and were designed by R.N. Shaw, representing a variation on his third semi-detached house design. The buildings are constructed of red brick with tiled roofs, and feature a modillion eaves cornice. Number 7 has a side entrance and a full-height, gabled bay with an overhanging top storey. Number 9 includes a door hood and a single-storeyed bay. A brick pier and wooden gate mark the entrance to the garden at Number 9.
