Description

Nos 10 and 12, Marlborough Crescent date from approximately 1882 and were designed by R N Shaw, with an adaptation likely made by E J May based on the third semi-detached design. They are built of red brick with tiled roofs and feature a modillion eaves cornice. The buildings are two storeys with attics, and include single-storey bays with gabled porches. Brick piers define the front gardens.
