Description
The Sudbury Stone, located in the grounds of Sudbury Golf Club behind the Club House, is a sarsen stone believed to have been used as a boundary marker during Julius Frontinus' survey in 74-76 AD. It was placed in its current position on a slightly raised base in 1956.
