Description

Nos 1 to 3 on Church Road in Chelsfield are a mid-19th century terrace building. It consists of two storeys and is constructed of painted brick with a slate roof. Each house features one sash window, most of which retain their original glazing bars. The doorcases are simple in design, with Nos 1 and 2 framed by round-headed surrounds. This terrace is listed for its group value, as it forms part of a collection that includes Neal's, the cottage adjacent to Neal's, June Cottage, the cottage adjacent to June Cottage, The Old Bakery, Nos 1 to 6 in succession, and the Stone House.
