Description

The Ivy House, built in 1810, is located on Morley Road in Chislehurst. Originally a three-storey building, it lost its top storey due to bomb damage. The house features three windows and is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The glazing bars remain intact. A modern porch encloses the doorway, which includes a semi-circular fanlight.
