Description
A row of terraced houses located on the north side of St George’s Drive in the City of Westminster, dating from the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of stucco with a slate mansard roof. They are four storeys high and each section is three windows wide, with the end pairs of bays projecting slightly forward. The ground floor features channelling, while projecting Doric porches with dentil cornices provide entry. The doors are panelled and studded. A continuous balustraded balcony runs across the first floor. Architraves frame the windows above the ground floor. The windows are square-headed, corniced on the first and second floors, and those on the end bays at first floor level have segmental pediments. They are predominantly sash windows with glazing bars, with French casements on the first floor. A console cornice runs across the building. The houses have returns to the left and right, and are fronted by cast iron area railings.
