Description
This is a mid-19th century block of houses located on Warwick Square. The building is stuccoed, with roofs hidden from view. It is four storeys high with a five-window facade. A central projecting porch features Doric columns. The windows are square-headed, with pediments over those on the first floor. They are sash windows with glazing bars, and the first floor has French windows. A dentil cornice runs along the top of the building. The return to the right includes canted bay windows that extend the full height of the building. Cast iron area railings with a spearhead design are present. The building is an integral part of the planned layout of Warwick Square.
