Description
York Bridge over Lake is a bridge built around 1818-1820 as part of John Nash's landscaping for Regent's Park, providing access to the Inner Circle and its villas. The bridge is constructed of brick with rendered faces and features a segmental arch along with small flanking arches. It is finished with a block cornice and a cast iron Grecian guard rail that follows the curve of the crown.
