Description

The Elms is an early 18th century building that has undergone some alterations. It is two stories high with dormers and features four windows. The exterior is constructed of brown brick and has a band below the parapet. The roof is a tiled mansard style, which has been renewed. On the return side, there are three windows, mostly blank, and an entrance that includes a wooden doorcase with sunk pilasters, carved consoles, a modillion cornice, and an open pediment. Inside, the staircase is notable for its turned balusters, columned newels, and shaped ends.
