Description

Newcastle Draw Dock is a 19th-century brick draw dock located on the southeast side of Saunders Ness Road. It features wooden buttresses on the southwest wall and a rendered buttress on the northeast wall. The dock provides a view of the Waterman's Arms and Christ Church from the river and Greenwich. Any buildings or walls constructed on top of the dock walls are not considered significant. Newcastle Draw Dock is part of a group that includes the Waterman's Arms, Gleaffric Avenue, Christ Church, and Christ Church Vicarage on Manchester Road.
