Description

Nos 9 to 13 on Cleveland Way, built in the early 19th century, form a terrace of brick houses with a basement and two storeys. The roof is not visible. Each house features two windows and has a parapet. There is a stucco band between the ground and first floor windows. All the windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and the first-floor windows are set in shallow recessed brick arches. The doorways are round-headed and include fanlights. These properties, numbered 1 to 13, are recognized as a group.
