St Dunstan's Rectory is a mid to late 19th-century building located on White Horse Lane. It is constructed of stock brick and features a gabled design with stone-coped eaves, kneelers, and a slate roof. The rectory has two storeys and two windows facing Rectory Square, which include transoms and mullions. The building has an irregular plan. St Dunstan's Rectory, along with its garden wall and gate piers, forms a group with the East London Synagogue and its associated walls and gate piers, contributing to the character of Rectory Square.
